Global Business Mobility Routes

The Global Business Mobility ('GBM') Routes are for overseas businesses who need to send employees to the UK for a temporary work assignment for a specific purpose that cannot be done by a settled worker. None of the GBM routes lead to settlement (indefinite leave to remain) in the UK, as they are designed for temporary work assignments, and not permanent relocation to the UK.
